Custom and personalized orders
We love making custom and personalized orders! Please message us with any questions!
Need address changed after ordered
Please message us within 24 hours of purchase to change the shipping address. If we receive a message after that time, the buyer will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the change. If a package is marked return to sender we will not do a refund and buyer is responsible for addition shipping charges to receive their package.
Cancelation FAQ
Orders need to be cancelled within an hour of purchase for 100% refund.
For custom orders, a 75% refund can be given within 48 hours of purchase as long as a design was not previously approved.
We cannot refund a custom order that has been approved and shipped.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns on custom signs.
Returns and exchanges on all other items will be excepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyer must cover return shipping on Scripture Cards, Gift Boxes and Non-Custom Wood Signs. A restocking fee may apply.
